Registration Terms and Policies

  1. One copy of proceedings in electronic format (delivered on site) is included in the conference registration fee.
  2. The regular registration fee does not include short courses.
  3. The regular registration fee does not include the celebratory banquet.
  4. You must be an IEEE Member, AP-S Member, or URSI Member at the time of registration to receive the related discounted registration rate. Please visit ieee.org/join for details on joining IEEE.
  5. Attendees selecting the Reviewers' luncheon will be checked against the journal reviewer list to verify eligibility.
  6. The half-day short courses DO INCLUDE lunch.

Every individual attending the event must register separately. There will be a $50 fee assessed for chargebacks issued on valid credit card charges. Registration payments must be received by the registration deadline for the rate at which you registered; if payment is not received by the deadline, you will be responsible for the higher rate. Refund policy: Processing fee $50 on or before May 29, 2019. No refunds after May 29, 2019.

Official Registration Confirmation and Invitation

The Official Registration Confirmation and Invitation is available to persons who register for the conference, and whose registration payment has been received. The document is a full-color PDF file on conference letterhead, eletronically signed by the conference chair and conference organizer.

During registration, an individual will be able to order a hard-copy invitation letter with a real ink signature of a conference organizer to be express-mailed within a few days, with a fee to cover the express postage. An emailed version of the letter is also available at any time for no cost.

Every accepted paper must be linked to a registered person by May 22, 2019. Any paper not linked to a registered person by May 22, 2019 will be withdrawn from the technical program and proceedings.

Accompanying Person Activities

Various activities are planned for each day of the symposium. For activities on Monday and Friday, guests will be responsible for buying tickets directly, and purchasing a $15 transportation ticket from the symposium. See the companion program web page for details.
